Nurse-Family Partnership is a community healthcare program that will connect prenatal expecting parents (28 weeks or earlier) with a nurse home visitor. Through the visits, the parent will learn how to best care for her child. Nurse Family Partnership’s goal is to help parents become confident and assured in their parenting skills, so the parent and child can look forward to a better future.
