TAP isn't just any high school, it’s a place where young mothers get the education and support they need to build a brighter future. And at the heart of it all is Mr. Brad Koland, a dedicated social studies teacher and retired Army veteran.

With 30 years of military service and a passion for education, Mr. Koland brings real world experience into his classroom, making history come alive for his students. But his role goes beyond teaching, he’s part of a community that helps young moms succeed. TAP offers free childcare, parenting classes, counseling, and even supplies like diapers and clothing, making sure students have what they need to grow.

“I love being here because these young ladies have made the courageous decision to raise their child while continuing their education,” says Mr. Koland. “TAP gives them a safe place to do just that.”
